What makes caw | men different from other skincare brands?
We’re the first skincare brand built specifically for Asian men in
Western climates. Powered by our GeoSkin Code™, our
formulations are tuned to address higher moisture loss, unique aging patterns,
and skin sensitivity caused by cold winters, dry summers, and urban pollution.

Can other races or genders use your products?
Although our products are specifically curated for the structure and biology
of men’s skin, we’ve heard from women and folks of all backgrounds
who love using them too. At the end of the day, it's about finding the right
fit for your skin.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulations are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and made without parabens, GMOs, synthetic fillers, or harsh chemicals. That said,
always patch test before full use if your skin is especially reactive.

Are the products fragrance-free?
Most of our products contain light natural scents from essential oils.
We avoid synthetic fragrances, and we keep the aroma subtle and fresh.

What’s the best skincare routine using your products?
We keep it simple and effective: Cleanse → Moisturize →
Protect. 

Can I use these products every day?
Yes—our daily-use products are designed to work morning and night for
consistent results. Treatment products like our Vitamin C or Anti-Age Serum can
be used once daily or as needed.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers in the U.S., U.K., and all EU countries.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping rates apply based on the rates of independent
shipping carriers and your delivery location. These will be reflected at
checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery
generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking info once it ships.

Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at hello@cawmen.com,
and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What’s your return policy?
We only accept returns for items that are damaged or faulty upon
arrival. If this happens, contact us at hello@cawmen.com within 7
days of receiving your order with your order number and photo
evidence. We’ll assess the issue and guide you through the next steps, whether
that’s a replacement, refund, or credit.

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such
as change of mind, product not suiting your skin, or dissatisfaction with scent
or texture. We’re a small brand with a sustainability-first approach, and we
hope for your understanding.

Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. All Final Sale items are not eligible for returns,
refunds, or exchanges. These items will be clearly marked on the website.

Do you offer discount codes or rewards?

Yes! We periodically offer promotions and reward discounts. If you
have a discount code, you can apply it at checkout in the “discount code” box.

Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes must be entered before
completing your purchase—we can’t apply them retroactively.
